1000m - Sisson Nucleus 100 kayak - Marek Uliasz

I cannot race 1000 m on my local Beaver Pond without making a U-turn, so I started to paddle on larger lakes in my neighborhood: Boedecker and Lonetree.

My first 1000m sprint on the Lonetree Reservoir was not the best one for sure. I started with 7 mph but at end I could hardly maintain above 6 mph. Well, I made more than 5 miles in stormy wind before that time trial. I also forgot to use my inhaler ... So, I have some room for improvements.

According to my Garmin Edge 305:
time: 05:41, average speed: 6.60 mph, max speed: 7.2 mph, average HRM: 145, max HRM: 155.
